Will alpha hydroxy acid destroy my tattoo?

I recently got a tattoo and was told that Eucerin would be a good lotion to use. I didn't realize that the kind of Eucerin I purchased contained alpha hydroxy. I only used it for a couple of days before making this realization. Was that long enough to hurt my tattoo? Will alpha hydroxy acid destroy my tattoo?
AHA lotions have been known to affect new tattoos. You should not have used that at all. I guess you will see after it is all healed.

That being said, after it is healed, from time to time it would be good to use to help renew the outer layer of skin nicely to really make the tattoo pop. Just don't over do it.Will alpha hydroxy acid destroy my tattoo?
you're all good. you must be going throught the flaky phase anyways
I don't think it will destroy your tattoo.. It's permanent ink. If anything if you used it over, and over, and over again with a LOT of time it would probably fade it out.. but since you just got it and only used it those few times than you should be fine.
