it won't help at all and if your skin is like mine it will actually cause more breakouts. However if you can find a lotion with retin A in it that will help. Honestly the best product out there OTC is proactiv and at around $20 it's probably cheaper than the AHA cream, you are using. You can also find generic versions of proactiv at Walgreens and Walmart (they are just as good in my experience). The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.
For acne scars and blemishes the best is papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
