When using AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), is SPF 15 enough for sun protection or should I use SPF 30?

Make sure you use the acids at night - not in the morning before you go out.

Alpha acids and the sun are not friends.

You can get AHA from lemons, pineapple, oranges...

SPF 15 is better than nothing. However I would use the 30 if it were me, since the AHA does cause the skin to be more sensetive to sun than usual. Check it out here.
