Face Products and Ingredients are weird. Does anyone one know what are alpha hydroxy acids and retinol?

While watching an infomertial, www.sellecasolution.com the creator of the products connie explains that these ingredients actually are worse for the skin but mahy products have them. Are these some examples of these ingredients:





Ensulizole 1.7%, Octinoxate 7.5%. This is a complete list of ingredients on drug store pharmacy products. As you can see they do contain Retinyl Palmitate which acording to your research, it's bad for your skin. I wouldnt use them. You should probably try Selleca, I've heard really good things about it.
