100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel?

I bought Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera 100% Gel. Is it just 100% gel, and not 100% Aloe Vera? If so, how much aloe vera is in this ';100% gel';?? Also, how would I incorporate it in my skin care regimen? Like would it go on before or after my moisturizer? And is this safe enough to put over my entire face, or do I just use it on the individual acne scars?100% Pure Aloe Vera Gel?
