i've never heard any product called bobbi brown. i don't know if you have a product called bareMinerals in korea but thats what i use and i love it. its 100% pure so it won't give you any breakouts. you should give it a try.

They are both equally as good. MAC is better in terms of colour and texture selection and (more theatrical and hip) but MAC and Bobbie Brown I think are both owned by Estee Lauder- as well both brands relatively expensive, so both are premium cosmetics. I personally love MAC and think it is by far the best deal. Great, bright colors and the makeup last forever, without loosing pigment (it's brightness). My experiance with Bobbi Brown was that the colors were very neutral and over time the colors faded, so the 6 month old eyeshadow I had in gold, looked like white eyeshadow on my lids. Definitly MAC!!!!

I use the bobbi Brown foundation and the Blemish stick and i think they are great! It doesn't look too cakey and has a variety of tones. Plus there are two kinds of foundation...one made without oil! It doesnt cause breakouts! I personally like Bobbi brown! =]Bobbi brown?
Yes, Bobbi Brown is good, but also expensive. It's worth the extra money, as always for make-up. I also love, love, LOVE Lancome and Mac (who doesn't love Mac?). And then there's Bare Minerals which is also worth the extra money.

Have them go to a health food store, that is going to be your best bet at finding pure cocoa butter. Stores like Walgreens, etc., doesn't carry pure cocoa butter. They can try chain stores like GNC as well or even Trader Joe's if they have one near them.

I bought a large container of 100% Pure Shea Butter a little while ago. I would guess a year to year and a half ago and I have noticed that it has a different scent. It seems to still work just fine but now that famililar ';shea butter'; smell has changed and I'm wondering if I should throw it out....





ALSO: (No disgusting jokes please) But my dog will try to lick the butter off my arm after I have put some on. I have always heard that pure shea butter is edible. Anyone know anythingn about that? So far puppy hasn't ever shown any effects.

As far as I know it can't go bad but if the container has an expiration date on it then I would toss it after that date has passed. The reason the shea butter's smell has changed is because the scent can either grow stronger or fade with age. This happens with most scented oils and with perfumes. It is fine for the dog to lick the little amount off of you. My dogs used to follow me everywhere trying to nab a lick.
I doubt the Shea Butter is expired. And my dog licks my lotion off allll the time! and its just reg kind. so your dog will be fine.

for about four years now i have had my hair professionally colored and either foiled or highlighted. a few weeks back i got the urge to try something new as my natural dark blonde roots were showing. i was thrilled with the results. i had no highlights in my hair at the time i used loreal pure diamond and this product gave me a beautiful, multidimensional colour of light blonde. it looks like highlights! it's now three weeks later and i continue to use the tube of de-brassy twice a week and the colour still looks great! next week i will reapply only to the roots as the package explains and i expect to have good results. what a lode of salon money this will save me. the smell was not that bad and i had no irritation. on my already coloured yet natural dark blonde hair the product worked beautifully!

my nan randomly gave me so far i put a few in my bath, made lipbalms out of them mixed with beeswax %26amp; almond oil %26amp; vitamin e oil, rubbed them on my knees %26amp; elbows etc. but was wondering





if i used cleanser %26amp; toner like normal then gently rubbed a button on my face (they melt really quickly an silkily on contact with your skin)

The benefits of cocoa butter on your face is that it gives you a nice even complexion and makes your skin glow. i wouldn't put this product on your face as it can cause skin to break out and be oily. Cocoa butter is mainly used for dry skin and it should be applied to the body cause it is a heavy cream. On the face you should use a moisturiser daily but not a body one. I would take some time to go to the shops and maybe ask a beauty consultant about a good moisturiser for your skin type.

I can answer this from just personal experience...I've always suffered with bad acne breakouts, my skin would be clear for awhile and then I'd just get a terrible breakout. I used to use 100% pure cocoa butter on my face and I found out that it was making my skin too oily, which was causing it to break out. My dermatologist also didn't recommend putting it on my face.





Now, that could have just been my personal face and body reacting to that, so everyone could be different.





You could look into more organic products, like organic face products. That way you know it will be okay to use on your face since it's made for your face and not your body.

Why would you need that? As a toner or anti-septic im guessing. It's natural and make sure to read the ingredients before buying it to make sure it's only whitch hazel with no other chemcials added. If you need other toner ideas that are natural try sea salt. You can get it at a health food store. Just put some in distilled water and let it sit then shake it before using it.. grab a cotton pad and swipe your face with it.

Neem can (and probably should) be used at full strength for the first time, then again three or four days later if the problem persists. I'd leave in it overnight the first time, then add an ounce or two of the oil to my favorite shampoo and use it in between treatments.





The nice thing about neem is that it's actually good for your hair. It's been used for centuries to stop thinning hair and I'm a walking talking example of how well it covers gray hair!

I prefer 100% pure maple syrup. Here are me reasons:





Aunt Jemima syrup is too thick for me. I know some people like syrup really, really thick, but this just isn't good.





100% pure maple syrup (hahaha i just realized the initials for pure maple syrup is PMS(i was going to shorten the name so i didn't have to keep typing ';pure maple syrup over and over again)) is less expensive than Aunt Jemima. I'm kind of thrifty.





I'm really into pure and natural foods. I don't really like how aunt jemima puts so much unnessessary stuff into the syrup, because you're paying the extra for all that stuff. 100% Pure Maple Syrup is (believe it or not) 100% pure!





100% pure maple syrup tastes better than Aunt Jemima (in my opinion). Aunt Jemima can taste actually on the sour or bitter side sometimes. most people dont agree with me on that point.

It works for me! The first time you use it though it may burn but I got used to it so I would advise it.
Tea tree oil is basically an antiseptic. It kills away the bacteria in the surrounding area. Also this seems to work for some people while for others it does not. You can also try salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. Find which one works for you.

That is not at all true. In fact it will just give U oily hair. Hair folicles only produce so much pigment. After time they don't produce any which is why the hair turns white. It is a completely internal process and nothing applied to the hair will change anything.

You need to chose a good Moituriser for dry skin. I wonder if you have tried any. I only know and have tried Mary Kay Dry Skin Moituriser on friends. It works. I do not need it myself.

I would not reccomend it. Shea Butter is quite thick. It will clog the pores and make them unable to breathe causing a possible break-out. If you go ahead with the Shea Butter apply every two days or other day, not everyday.


Try looking into Dr. Haushka they have some great mosteruizers and are great for sensitive skin. They are pricy but their stuff goes a long way and little bit is all you need each day.
If used excessively, it will cause you to break out. It is very thick/dense and can cause pores to clog. But, in moderation shea butter is very good for the skin. Give it a try.

Jojoba is not an essential oil, it's probably just a fancy term the company thought of using because aromatherapy is so popular at the moment. I think the correct term should have been 100% pure virgin oil.


Jojoba is a base oil and as such, you could use it on the face without any problems. However, I'd say it's a nicer oil to use on the body, for the face, I would recommend peach or apricot kernel, it's finer.

Neither in my experience. The best thing I've used is acutally Neutrogena after bath oil. You must be careful applying it, use a cotton swab- which can be time consuming, but its so worth it. It's Vitamin enriched and doesn't clog pores and just leaves you glowing on the outside like you should always be on the inside.

About tanning - do whatever works for you matey, but keep checking for those melanomas. There is no 100% guaranteed safe way to tan. Even the sunless goo can cause skin problems.

Lemon juice is a citric acid and belongs to the group of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) that slough off dead skin, promote elasticity of the skin, and encourage new skin cell growth. Lemon juice is one of few home remedies for acne that also works for scars. From my own experience, using lemon juice helped my scars disappear quickly and controlled my moderate acne. If you have dry skin do not use it! But if not try it, It does the same job as the peel maybe the results are not that fast but after about 2 weeks you will see improvements!

thats not a good idea, u will jus dry out ur skin and make it full of pigment, try a face wash with ahas, and during the day use a high spf, of a night moisturise ur eyes with a good night cream and apply a fading cream with the ingredient, equinone. it resurfaces and takes away red pigments form sun damage natural aging and acne, its best to buy something than ruin ur skin with lemon.
