Does the 100% Pure eye cream work?

does it actually reduce puffiness?Does the 100% Pure eye cream work?
I haven't heard of it but I am using Solutions Advanced Eye Perfector which helps reduce puffiness and the dark circles. I get it from amazon.com from fancycats. Hope this helps
